Meet the Founder
Andrea Gisela Delgado is a passionate professional with a strong dedication to Business and Human Resources. From a young age, Andrea has harbored a deep curiosity for Business Administration, which has driven her to explore various aspects of the field throughout her career.
Initially pursuing studies in Chemistry Education at the University of Puerto Rico Rio Piedras Campus in 2008, Andrea soon realized that her true passion lied elsewhere. In 2010, she made the bold decision to make a significant change and enrolled at the Inter-American University of Bayamón. There, Andrea completed her BBA in Marketing with a focus on Human Resources, laying the groundwork for her future pursuits.
Motivated by her keen interest in Human Resources, Andrea went on to earn an MBA in Human Resources Management in Companies. This advanced degree equipped her with the expertise to lead Human Resources Departments and assist companies in reaching their organizational goals.
At AGDEL, Andrea's primary objective is to facilitate positive change within organizations. With a firm belief in justice, values, and love, she aims to elevate every client's company by enhancing their staff, work environment, and compliance with rules and procedures. Andrea is dedicated to sharing her knowledge and experiences with clients and employees, and she finds joy in both her professional endeavors and her passion for cooking.
